MIVA MERCHANT LINKPOINT SETUP

  1. First you will need to download the LinkPoint PEM certificate.
    You can download the PEM file from LinkPoint Central.
  2. After you login, click on Support at the top, then click on Download Center.
  3. Click on Download next to PEM and make sure to save the file to the desktop.
  4. Now click on your Start button -> Programs -> Accessories -> WordPad
  5. Click on the File menu and select Open.
  6. Under "Look in" you should have Desktop selected.
  7. Under "Files of type" click on Rich Text Format and select "All Documents."
  8. Double click on the PEM file.
  9. Click on the Edit menu and choose Select All.
  10. Click on the Edit menu again and select Copy.
  11. Next you will need to log into the administration for your Miva Merchant shopping cart

  12. Click on the triangle next to Stores
  13. Click on the triangle next to your store name (in the example above the store name is Error 1002)
  14. Click on Payment Configuration on the left menu
  15. Enable CardService/LinkPoint on the list of modules
  16. Scroll down and click on update
  17. Click on the link at the top named CardSerivce/LinkPoint Gateway
  18. Enter your 6-digit store number under "Store Name." (see image below)
  19. Make sure the port number entered is 1129
  20. Click on the field for digital certificate and paste(Control V on your keyboard) the PEM file you copied earlier.
  21. Make sure Test Mode is not enabled
  22. Click the update button at the bottom of the page.
